Black and Gold CrossFit
Black and Gold CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to develop the fitness of the multi-disciplined athlete. Our goal is to deliver a level of fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Combat, training, survival and life are multi-dimensional, as is CrossFit. Soldiers and Cadets are athletes and must train as such. Our goal is to optimize the physical competence in the attributes that will deliver when lives are on the line. Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy are the tenets that we follow in an ever increasing desire to develop a well rounded and truly fit Warrior Athlete.
